grunt gallery presents The Blue Cabin Exhibition by artists Jeremy and Sus Borsos.

In this exhibition, Jeremy and Sus Borsos present a body of work that documents their journey to remediate the Blue Cabin, the one-time studio and home to artists Al Neil (D. Litt, ECU) and Carole Itter (former student and instructor). The Borsos offer us a history of the cabin before Neil and Itter’s tenancy, and provide new insights into the notably unusual life of artists and writers on the North Shore of the Burrard Inlet. The Blue Cabin was rescued from demolition in 2015 and is currently being repurposed as a floating artist residency by a coalition of Vancouver, BC arts organizations. The exhibition will be open for viewing in the gallery from June 15 to July 28, 2018.
