Books

The Library's main collection is composed of approximately 30,000 books. Collection development for the book collection focuses on supporting research and curricular activities occurring across the University with a central focus on art, design + media.

The book collection, located on both the 1st and 2nd floor of the library, is primarily a circulating book collection. A substantial non-circulating reference collection, including subject-specific encyclopedias, dictionaries and handbooks, is also maintained. A rotating selection of new books are on display near the display case by the front door.
