The search is over.

Emily Carr University of Art + Design will announce our new President + Vice-Chancellor on Monday, June 25 at 9:00 a.m.

The new President will succeed Dr. Ron Burnett, who is stepping down after serving in the role since 1996.

The appointment will mark the end of a year-long search by ECU’s Presidential Search Committee, a 14-member body that comprised representatives from across the University, and included students, faculty, staff, alumni and a member of the Indigenous community at ECU.
