To envision is to picture oneself. Gathered in this exhibition are fourteen emerging artists who tackle various aspects of identity and environments.

From the corporeal to the ethereal, from self-sustained behaviors to subcultures, these artists analyze conscious and sub conscious behaviors of people within environments and landscapes. They comment on the influence of modern technology, architecture, weather, environmental consciousness and the mass produced, that mold our identities with the passing of time, and how these man-made environments hold a polarizing lens over our natural surroundings.

The show, presented by the Emily Carr University of Art + Design Alumni Association - QE Theatre Gallery Committee, is but a sampling of the emerging work being done by artists within the first five years of graduating from Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
