Carrito is the outcome of an assignment where a small toy car was studied and dissected through a series of processes and media, such as photography, drawing and sculpture. This is the exploration of traditional and not-traditional ceramic technics. First I turned plaster on a lathe to make a master. After making a mold and casting several pieces, I manipulated the original shape trough sanding and drilling. For the final pieces I applied a laser cut pattern and pierced holes onto some of the ceramic eggs. After firing and glazing I inserted some lights inside three of the eggs.
