Bio
Heather provides counselling and disability service. Her involvement in post-secondary education spans 25 years. The first half of that time was teaching, having earned Bachelors’ degrees in English, physical health education and education from Queen’s University. She also holds a Master of Education in special education from Gonzaga University and a Master of Education in counselling from University of Victoria. She has spent the later 15 years of her professional life in support to students. From her formal education emerges the guiding principle of her work. At the heart of her involvement sits the quality-of-life question.
