    Research

    Research found that over a third of elementary children were unable to identify fruits and vegetables. As a society, we are very disconnected from our food and where it comes from. The objective of this project is to introduce children to be engaged in understanding more about vegetables through gardening process. In a boarder spectrum, this objective will lead to tickling one of the biggest health concern — obesity.
