Myron Campbell
Bio
Currently I'm residing in the East-Side of Vancouver and I love it. I still spend the majority of my time animating memory and putting forgotten fabrics into toys for my 2yr old daughter. She is my favorite project.
I have a focus in interactive art and animated short films. I have received several grants from BravoFact, The Alberta Foundation for the Arts, The Canada Council For The Arts and The National Film Board (NFB) and have exhibited and given artist talks internationally.
I make toys, paint, take photos and draw. My favorite project right now is a social drawing party called Draw By Night. It is about drawing but it is ultimately about building a creative community and being inspired by others.
I am currently working with the NFB to create a stereoscopic short film as well with Vancouver Film School in which I am a full time teacher.
