This project is an exhibit design telling the story of anime and toys. Designer Vinyls and anime collectables are gaining irreplacable spots in the market as they tap into the hearts of fans and collectors of toys. How did it happen? When has this transition from a cheap 5 cent plastic figure transform into a multi-hundred dollar piece of art? In the artistic world, many do not consider Anime being art, but this is about to be changed. Through the design of five different rooms, this project outlines and illustrates the uprise of toys.
