Silent Participant is a term used to describe an Asian living in the West who is often accused of having no opinions in discussions, indifferent to any politics, and often sticking in their own ethnic groups. However, Silence is a sound that needs to be heard; Silence is meditation that needs to be read; Silence is intervention of crowd that needs to be seen. The silent participants are a group of visible minorities often invisible but now needs to be understood.
