ANIM 209: 2D Animation I

Students are introduced to two-dimensional animation production methods and learn introductory-level to 2D computer animation concepts and techniques. By completing basic assignments students are able to explore drawn animation rendering methods, as well as scanning, digital imaging, compositing, exporting digital movie files to tape, etc. Individuals are also introduced to digital video editing, animating for the web, and basic web design through a series of creative projects.

Priority is given to 2D-AN students in Year 2. Students outside of the registration priority group may register/waitlist for this course as of the registration rule release date.
