CECS 130: Adobe Illustrator: the Basics

Adobe Illustrator is a powerful digital tool for many applications including illustration, drawing and design. Learn the key features of this program and become familiar with the basics of digital drawing and painting by creating and modifying geometric shapes, drawing with Bézier curves and utilizing gradients and patterns. Small weekly assignments and one larger illustration project will allow you to apply all the skills learned in class. Note: This course is taught in our Mac Labs using Creative Cloud.

Experience using a Mac computer is highly recommended
