DESN 324: Publication Workshop

In this studio course, students from all areas of study work collectively to produce and publish design research and writing. Students engage in the planning, writing, design, production and marketing of the journal as a way of developing relevant skills and abilities to manage time and budgets Students serve on the publication's editorial board, in addition to generating content themselves. While faculty instruction provides guidance in creating an effective editorial process, and working to a realistic production schedule and budget, class participants retain full responsibility for the publication, additional policy, content, and design.

Priority is given to COMD and INTD students in Years 3 and 4. Students outside of the registration priority group may register/waitlist for this course as of the registration rule release date.
