ILUS 400: Illustration Senior Studio

Offered to Illustration Majors, this senior course allows illustration students in their final year of study to work closely with peers and faculty to plan and execute a final project. Students can choose to initiate either individual or group projects. The emphasis is on students developing a body of work that is intellectually and artistically sophisticated as well as to undertake research to support their emerging practice. Students will participate in presentations, critiques, discussions of readings and of ongoing, self-directed projects as well as preparing their own bodies of work for exhibition and/or applied presentation.
