Prior to teaching at Emily Carr University, Yunhee Min taught at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston as well as at the Department of Visual and Environmental Studies at Harvard University as a Teaching Fellow. Most recently, she was a visiting faculty at University of California at Los Angeles.This summer, she completed her residency at the Jeju Museum of Contemporary Art in Korea, following her site projects at the Amie and Tony James Gallery at the City University of New York and at LAX Art in Los Angeles.
She is a co-founder of Silvershed, an artist-run space in New York which is soon to launch its first publication, The Silvershed Reader. Currently, she is working on a new series of paintings as well as a video for an exhibition.
She divides her time between Vancouver and Los Angeles.
