convocation ceremony - guest information

The ceremony begins at 1pm. Doors to the lobby open at 12pm, doors to the theatre open at 12:30pm. The ceremony is approximately 2 ½ hours.

Tickets

Tickets are required. Graduating students are responsible for ordering their guest tickets. Due to the number of graduating students and limited seating, each student is allowed 2 tickets for guests.

Stand by line up: Once all tickets have been issued, guests will be directed to this line and any returned tickets will be reallocated to them. Any guests without tickets are welcome to come early and wait in the Stand by line up prior to the ceremony. It is recommended that they line up at least half an hour before the ceremony begins. There is no guarantee that guests in the stand by line will be able to attend the ceremony but the Chan Centre staff will do their best to accommodate everybody.
