Chancellor's Twilight Reception
September 8, 2011

John C. Kerr, Chancellor, Emily Carr University of Art + Design and Martha Sturdy (78) hosted a wonderful reception to celebrate the beginning of Emily Carr’s 86th school year. We have the privilege of igniting the passion of budding artists and designers, fostering the intellect of gifted minds, and encouraging the development of confident innovators, so it was with great pride that the accomplishments of students and alumni were shared with friends and supporters of Emily Carr.
We want to thank Martha Sturdy and David Wardle for generously opening their home and we’d like to thank our kind friends and supporters for sharing a beautiful start to another successful year with Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
