Note: These are selected spreads from the project.
This was my fall semester grad project, Understanding an Ostomy. This project was inspired by a personal medical experience in hospital, it was from this experience that I came up with the idea of creating a book for young adults Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease who are having or considering surgery. This book would be one in a series that would be updated and expanded on over time. This is a full year project so there is a website that is currently being worked on. This project is done in collaboration with BadGut Gastrointestinal Society. It is a project that they are planning to use.
