    These fees vary from student to student and are in addition to the tuition and fees in the table above. They are mandatory unless otherwise stated.

    * The extended health and dental plan fee applies to students taking 9 credits and more. Masters of Arts Low Residency students are excluded from the Health & Dental but are eligible to opt-in. Students can opt-out through the Student Union. Provincial health coverage (BC MSP, AB Healthcare, etc) is still required. The Health Plan is charged in the Fall Term for the full academic year.

    Note: Additional individual course fees may be charged to cover the costs of materials consumed in/or incorporated in the making of student work associated with individual courses.
