For access to the full suite of Teams features, the official recommendation from ITS is to install the Microsoft Teams client app to your device. Please find it here:

Note: Microsoft Teams can still be accessed from the browser.

After installing Microsoft Teams, launch the software and sign-in with your MyEC credentials and 2FA.

System requirements for the Teams client

There are multiple ways to join your meetings and classes on Microsoft Teams.

1. Joining classes from the top of your Moodle course shell by clicking "Join the meeting now".
2. Receiving invites to Teams meetings in your Outlook or Teams calendar and joining from there.
3. Sharing the Meeting ID and Passcode with students and colleagues by way of e-mail.
4. Using the following browser join tool (will open the app if installed): Join a Microsoft Teams Meeting by ID
