Use this time to recharge and quiet your thoughts with a 30-minute mindfulness meditation session led by Brett Peterson, M.A. Every Tuesday between 11:30am-12pm.

Free and open to all enrolled students!

Student Wellness Wants Your Help - Honorarium Opportunity:

We want to thank everyone who has attended our online wellness programming since the semester began. We know it’s different and appreciate your willingness to give it a try.

As you know, we currently facilitate cook&connect (Thursdays) and Friday fun during the week. We’d like to offer students the opportunity to take the lead on facilitating these sessions. Students who lead sessions will receive an honorarium.

Examples of sessions could be: teach us how to cook your favourite meal; share a creative skill (knitting, embroidery, cross-stitching, painting); or suggest something else!

For anyone who is interested but nervous about leading a session, Nick (Student Wellness Coordinator) will be there to support you every step of the way.

If you have an idea for a session but aren’t sure about the details, just contact us and we will do what we can to help make it happen.
