ECU Continuing Studies Tuition Support: Creative Technology Courses

To support your participation in our Creative Technology courses, 50% tuition assistance is available for B.C. residents who cannot afford full tuition for a course.

Each eligible individual may apply for tuition support up to two courses, subject to seat and funding availability. Please submit a separate application for each course. If a course is full, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified promptly of seat availability.

Who can apply

If you can answer YES to the questions below, you are eligible for the 50% tuition support.

I am a B.C. resident living in British Columbia.

I am either 19 years of age or older, OR I have graduated from Grade 12 (or equivalent).

The full cost of the tuition is a financial barrier to continuing my education.

I identify as belonging to one or more under-represented groups in the creative technology industry. (For example: Indigenous peoples of Canada; racialized communities; women; LGBTQ2+ community and non-binary people; people with disabilities, etc.) To learn more about under-represented groups in the creative technology industry see pages 53-54 of DigiBC's benchmarking report.

Registration Policies

By checking the following registration policies, you acknowledge and accept the conditions stated below:

I understand that other tuition support funding cannot be applied towards the remaining outstanding 50% tuition balance I am responsible for paying.

I understand that tuition support applications must be made prior to registering in a course. The subsidy cannot be applied retroactively if I have already registered for a course.

I am responsible for reading and understanding the Continuing Studies registration policies.
