We acknowledge that our space is situated on unceded, traditional and ancestral xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) territories.
Library Services
Our service team is available to answer questions about borrowing materials, accessing electronic resources, basic printing questions, reserving study spaces, and planning an exhibition or event in the library.
Research Help is available to get you started with your research and assist you with finding books, articles, and other resources on your topic. Librarians can also help faculty with curriculum support, including in-class research instruction sessions.
Also located in the library is the Writing Centre, which offers writing help to all students, staff and faculty at Emily Carr University of Art + Design. The Writing Centre peer tutors help any level of writer at any stage of writing with any kind of project.
