Connect Security Error Message

When visiting the Connect website you may have seen an error message saying "Secure Connection Failed" or "Your connection is not fully secure".

This error is because the server that hosts the Connect site is old and needs to be upgraded to be able to connect using the most up to date security settings. We are working on completing that work as soon as possible.

In the meantime, it is safe to proceed.

The information you send to the site or receive from the site is still encrypted and there is no risk to the data on your device.

Below are instructions for accessing Connect for Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Unfortunately, Safari does not work with Connect at this time.
