The Scheduling Office manages internal ad hoc room bookings for students, faculty + staff.
Changes to internal room bookings due to COVID-19 will remain in effect until further notice:
STUDENTS, FACULTY + STAFF
There are a small number of rooms that will be available for curriculum-related use only throughout the semester. If possible, use videoconferencing and other remote means to hold meetings. You can also book a virtual event or meeting through our Space Rentals page.
