Student room bookings are for curriculum-based use only. This includes meetings, installations, critiques, photo shoots, rehearsals + filming.
Email your booking request to email@example.com. Be sure to include the following:
- Your name + Student ID
- ECU email address
- Date(s) of room use
- Start time + End time *including time allotted for event set-up and restoration of the room/space after the event/installation
- Description of booking
You will receive an Event Notification by email when your booking has been made. Take a moment to look over the day/time/room to confirm your details are correct. If any adjustments need to be made, or you no longer require the booking, please contact the Scheduling Office.
Once your room booking has been confirmed, please complete the applicable form below and return it to firstname.lastname@example.org for review.
