Student room bookings are for curriculum-based use only. This includes meetings, installations, critiques, photoshoots, rehearsals + filming.
Email your booking request to email@example.com. Be sure to include the following:
- Your name + ECU ID
- ECU email address
- Date(s) of room use
- Start time + End time
- Description of booking
You will receive an Event Notification by email when your booking has been made. Take a moment to look over the day/time/room to confirm your details are correct. If any adjustments need to be made, or you no longer require the booking, please contact the Scheduling Office.
Once your room booking has been confirmed, please complete the applicable form below and return it to the Scheduling Office, Room D2320, for review.
