Welcome to the Emily Carr University Student Art Sale information and registration page.

This is our 46th year!

Registration for the Student Art Sale is now closed.

This year’s sale will take place in the Michael O’Brian Exhibition Commons from Friday, November 29 through Sunday, December 1, and we are keen to feature your paintings, photos, prints, ceramics, sculptures, design works, housewares, zines, cards – and more!

Step 2: Sign Up for Your Participant Shift

  1. View the Sign-Up Sheet.
  2. Email your top three shift choices to sas@ecuad.ca by Friday, November 15. Please write ‘Shift’ in the subject line.

Step 3. Submit Your Labels

  1. Download Labels Form.
  2. Complete as instructed in the form.
  3. email to sas@ecuad.ca by Friday, November 15. Please write ‘Labels’ in the subject line.
