We’re here to help make the transition smooth!

The university has fully transitioned to Microsoft Teams as our primary video-conferencing platform. Zoom will no longer be used.

Starting January 12, 2026, all online meetings and classes will take place on Teams Video.

How can you prepare?

  • Review our Videoconferencing guide here
  • Visit our IT pop-up service desk outside the library
    January 12–23 | 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Need help or have questions? Stop by the service desk or submit a ticket through the Service Desk site.

Teams Video Tips

Did you know?

  • You can join Teams meetings using the desktop app or a web browser (the app is recommended for the best experience).
  • Screen sharing requires permission from the meeting organizer. Request permission from the meeting organizer (usually your instructor or meeting host).
  • Meetings can be recorded, and transcripts can be downloaded for later review.
  • Chats and recordings are stored for 90 days—remember to back them up to OneDrive.
