As storytellers, photojournalists and documentary photographers create images, both still and moving, that record the history of our culture, evoking the momentous and the everyday circumstances of contemporary life. In recent decades, Photography, Photojournalism and the Documentary tradition have been transformed by digital technology; the dissemination of these images has radically increased to feed new modes of consumption.
