Students planning to apply to the Fall 2014 intake for the Foundation (first year) at Emily Carr will want to take note of the newly revised portfolio requirements.
If you have already completed some post-secondary education, and will be applying as a transfer student to a specific major, your portfolio should be comprised of 10 – 15 pieces of artwork that fits with the program that you will be applying for.

The application process for submission to the Fall 2014 intake will begin on September 15, 2013 and will close on January 15, 2014. All online portfolio submissions will be due by February 1, 2014. For full submission details, please click here.
If you’re looking for feedback on your work prior to submitting your portfolio online, there will be a series of National Porfolio Day events over the coming season, with the Vancouver event taking place on Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 11am – 3pm.
