This project is called “Bent intension”, which allows us to work
with the Pan Pacific and the Wood co-op.

Our primary goal was to create a centre piece for Pan Pacific restaurant that could be bent and flat packed.

We decide to make a candle holder that could be disassembled. We come up with such a form because of the local salmon. We take notice of the beautiful form of a salmon when they jump out of the water, therefore our candle holder has this unique form.

curvature’s main parts are the two frames that hold the veneer in their form, two pieces of strips with slots on it. The body pieces were colored differently on each side and will be inserted into the veneer.

curavture can be flat packed. All pieces will be put inside a sliding box.
