Current 03 is the third edition of Emily Carr University of Art + Design’s Current Design Research Journal. It is a multi platform design journal that showcases creative, practice-based and applied research. For this 52 page publication, I worked along side a team of 12 designers. My role as a photgrapher was to create photographs to be used for the print and interactive publication and as a print designer was to produce conceptual spreads/layouts. Using a Canon T2i DSLR to create the photos intended for the publication, the images ranged from various editorial styles of photography and I edited the selected photos to prepare the photography for print and screen production. The final cover for the publication was created by Makiko Umezawa, Razia Daudjee and I.
