DRWG 216: Drawing: Pictorial

Encourages the development of various approaches to rendering space by exploring methods of pictorial organization. Projects focus on ways of organizing the two-dimensional surface through the manipulation of structural elements. Students examine a number of methods of creating illusions, including perspective, non-Western spatial systems, and cubist techniques. The course includes lectures, discussions, slide presentations, and assigned projects.

Priority is given to CRCP and VIAR students in Year 2. Students outside of the registration priority group may register/waitlist for this course as of the registration rule release date.
