Gwenessa Lam is a visual artist working primarily in painting and drawing. She received her BFA from the University of British Columbia and MFA from New York University. She has taught at New York University, the University of British Columbia as well as at Emily Carr University. Gwenessa has exhibited locally and internationally, and is represented by Republic Gallery (Vancouver).
