PHOT 220 S001: Phot Immersion:Colour+Digital

In this studio course participants will acquire skills in both digital and analogue media with a focus on colour. Demonstrations, assignments, and critiques will include the use of various analogue and digital cameras, colour printing and management, scanning and other digital applications; all aimed towards the production of strong and challenging bodies of work. In addition, students will begin to contextualize their photography within historical and contemporary critical frameworks through readings, presentations, and the study of a variety of photographic practices.
