PHOT 307 S001: Professional Applied Phot

Students will be introduced to the expectations and procedures of practical and applied professional photography. They will plan and produce applied photography projects as well as developing effective professional portfolio strategies. Work in this course will focus on making creative photographic work in a professional, commercial context, which might include editorial work, art direction, and other client-based or industry-related projects. Individual and group discussions of student work will stress creative, technical and organizational elements. The integration of students' photographic practices into applied usage will be encouraged .
