    This image displays emotions from romantic love and ecstasy to hate and despair.  The butterflies depict blooming love filled with joy and happiness, but the love changes; it becomes too strong and self-destructive. Love transforms, as if it has passed through a black hole. What was once love is now unbearable and filled with abuse and hate – and then finally, death. The eyes on the butterflies are witnesses to the emotional journey from love to destruction.
