Cost:
$4,648.96

Understanding users' needs and wants lead to the design of optimal, performant and relevant products, and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions. A well-written case study requires writing and storytelling skills, visualization of research, scope and constraints of the study, and a clear articulation of purpose, outcomes and lessons. Learn how to plan user research projects to maximize impact on your designs, analyze results of user research and communicate findings to a team, client, or hiring manager. Students will apply knowledge of UX research methods, UX design principles and Professional Practice to develop at least one comprehensive case study of an existing business product to be included in the final portfolio.
