CUXD 203 SU01: App Design + Prototyping

Learn to design and test an app for mobile devices. User experience plays a large role in app design and develop, with most development decisions informed by design decisions. Successful apps are well designed from both user interface and user experience perspectives. Using personal interests, career intentions or existing areas of expertise as a starting point, students will define a problem or opportunity, and conceptualize, design and test a web or native app interface. From brainstorming, research and rapid prototyping, to user testing, storytelling and presentation, students will apply mobile-first methodologies and advanced interface design to prototype an app ready for development.
