UX Designers often work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Drawing from skills learned throughout the program, you will put into practice iterative design processes that respond to a client's design brief. With a focus on UX for product development, this major project course establishes the essential skills and strategies required to manage, influence, and perform successfully in a team environment. From effective project kickoffs to stakeholder engagement and presentations, you will gain valuable experiences in collaboration and effective project management, ultimately delivering a successful project that meets business and user needs.
