Rozita Moini-Shirazi is a multi-disciplinary artist whose work includes drawing, painting, photography, installation and illustration. Her work has been widely exhibited throughout Canada and beyond. Moini's current art focuses on the fusion of different cultures by illustrating the similarities found in all art. Moini has been working as the art director of different publishing companies and taught at post-secondary levels for many years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Visual arts and has received her master's in illustration. She is a Doctoral candidate at the University of Victoria in the faculty of Art Education. Rozita’s current research interest is the importance of self-identity in shaping the work of the emerging artists and how education can assist them to portray their true being along the way in order to generate original artwork. 

Keith Langergraber received his BFA from the University of Victoria and his MFA from the University of British Columbia. He has exhibited extensively in solo and group shows in galleries in Canada, the United States, and Asia since 1995. He has received many grants and awards for his work on the leading edge of Canadian Art, including being nominated for the Sobey Award in 2009. Keith has taught at the University of British Columbia, Emily Carr University, and North Island College. In 2005 he was selected to represent Emily Carr at the Canadian Art Colleges Collaborative Banff Residency, Media and Visual Arts. His art work grows from an interest in social, cultural, and political change found through scrutiny of a selected site. His exhibitions consist of the accumulation and reconstitution of information through the peeling back of layers of the vernacular landscape.

Funded by the MovingStories (SSHRC) project and The BC Arts Council, prOphecy sun‘s research investigates images drawn from dreams, memory and the moving body to create pieces that suggest parallel dream worlds. Her pieces explore the landscape of the body, intimacy and an exchange between the audience and the performer. Her experimental performances, sound compositions, installations, videos and collaborations have been exhibited in such events as DIS 2014, Performative Ecologies: Thinking through Research Practices Symposium (AB), FUSE, Vancouver International Jazz Festival, International Experimental Cinema Explosion (USA), Your Kontinent Festival: Art in Containers (Richmond), Festival des Musiques Creation (QB), Live- Performance Art Bienalle, Soundasaurus Media Arts Festival (AB), Signal and Noise Media Festival, SquareWaves Festival (UK), Dancing on the Edge Festival, Month of Performance Art (Berlin), 12 Min Max, Utopia Festival of Woman in Digital Culture, and Low Lives 4 International Festival of Live Networked Performances.
