CEPN 205: Figure Painting

This course explores diverse ways of representing the figure and the portrait. There will be instruction on the figure/ground relationship, as well as the capturing of emotion. You will explore both traditional paint techniques and contemporary concepts of representing the human face and form. Course work will be done using acrylic paints.
