Shops + Studios | How to Book Online
Shops + Studios are now taking online bookings for work sessions.
First time booking in? Contact the area technician for an initial consultation.
Once you are on the Shops + Studios page, navigate to the production area that you would like to book into, and click on the booking widget (bottom right).
Select the location, area and work session duration. Some of these options may not be available or will auto-select. Select the date and then the available work session you’d like to book. Click “book now” (bottom right).
Your first booking will prompt the creation of your account. Register with your @ecuad.ca email address and name (mandatory). Provide your mobile number to get instant booking notifications/updates (recommended). Click “continue”.
Your @ecuad.ca email will be recognized when you make future bookings.
Use the available text field to describe project work - for some areas, project description notes are required.
Look for notes from your technician under your appointment preview. Click “complete booking”. You’ll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email (and text if you supplied your mobile number).
If you need to modify or cancel a booking, click the "modify" or "cancel" buttons in your booking confirmation email. This will bring you back to the booking widget where you can make any necessary changes to your booking.
