Ongoing Nightly Service Maintenance

IT Services continues planned infrastructure maintenance into January to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our systems.

During this time you may experience intermittent service on university applications after hours. In the unlikely event that an application remains inaccessible for more than 20 minutes outside of this window, report the issue to us immediately.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to enhance our core infrastructure.

Colleague UI Down

This has been resolved.

Educloud issues again affecting network connectivity. Services restored

There are performance issues happening preventing users from access Colleague at the moment. We have contacted the vendor regarding this.

Colleague itself is running properly (Self-Service and MyEC are working etc) – just Colleague UI and login is affected.
