Update: All impacted services have been restored, including Colleague User Interface, MyEC and Moodle and Informer. We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure no further disruptions occur.
Original Alert: We are currently experiencing an outage affecting Moodle, Colleague/MyEC, and Informer due to technical issues with our service provider. Our team is actively working with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Network Upgrades (Oct 1 - 31st, 7 PM - 3 AM nightly)

Update: This work has been completed.
Original Alert: IT Services will be performing nightly upgrades to our Wi-Fi network starting on Wednesday, October 1st and continuing throughout October. Campus network services will remain active but there will be brief, localized Wi-Fi outages between 7 PM - 3 AM each night as the work progresses. Impacted individuals are advised to temporarily relocate to another area of campus or used wired office connections if available.
