This registration request form asks for important information about teens, parents and guardians. Please review and complete the following pages making sure to read through the policies and consents carefully before submitting. If you have any questions, please email us.

Good to Know:

• Limited seats are available per course. Registration is first come, first served.
• Most courses require materials to be purchased before the first day of classes. Costs are estimated between $50 - $180 depending on the course.
• Once your registration information is received, a seat will be held for you for up to 48 hours, pending payment.
