MAY 2018 APPLICATION TO GRADUATE DEADLINE EXTENDED

Due to access problems to myEC last week, we will be extending the deadline to apply for graduation until 8:30am Tuesday, December 12th.  If you want your record reviewed for graduation in May 2018, you MUST apply.  It's really quick.  Just go to myEC and click on Apply for Graduation in the purple section under Academic Profile.

If you plan to graduate in May, you will need to apply.  Go to myEC, click on Apply for Graduation in the purple section under Academic Profile.  It's really quick but it's also really important.  Applying to graduate will mean that we will check your record to ensure you have registered in the correct courses in the Spring semester so that you will be eligible to graduate.

ARE YOU GRADUATING IN MAY?? Then it's time to apply!!

If you are a 4th year student on track to graduate in May 2018, it is time to apply to graduate.  Instructions about applying to graduate were emailed to your ECU e-address on November 30th.

If you do not apply to graduate, your file will not be reviewed for graduation eligibility so please take a couple of minutes and make sure you complete this important step.  It's quick to do and it's really important!

REMINDER - Registration Priorities are lifted tomorrow!

Just a reminder that registration priorities will be removed from all classes tomorrow so that you can register in a course(s) that was originally held for students in that major.  While subject and year level restrictions are removed, you must still be sure that you have the appropriate prerequisite before registration will be permitted.

Registration starts at 7:00am (PST) on Tuesday, November 28th so set your alarm!

REMINDER: 1st year registration is tomorrow!!

Remembrance Day Observation - Friday, November 10th

Please be reminded that credit classes at ECU will be cancelled on Friday, November 10th in order to observe the Remembrance Day statutory holiday on November 11th.

Classes will resume on Monday, November 13th will be held as usual.

NOVEMBER 1st - DEADLINE TO WITHDRAW

Just a reminder that Wednesday, November 1st is the final day to withdraw from classes without academic penalty.  Withdrawal forms must be submitted to Student Services by 4:30pm on November 1st.

REMINDER - check your courses before the drop deadline!!

Just a friendly reminder that you should make sure you have dropped yourself from any courses you do not plan to attend this semester.  If you do not drop these courses before the end of the day on Friday, you will be charged for them because a seat was held for you in the class. 

Be proactive and check your schedule.  Nobody wants to pay for courses they aren't taking!

Friday, Sept 22nd is deadline day!!

Please be reminded that Friday, September 22nd is the last day for you to add and drop classes.  It is also the tuition fee payment deadline.  Check your course registration to ensure you are registered in all of the correct courses and then make sure your fees are paid by the end of the day on Friday to secure your space in those courses.

Students who have not paid their fees on time are subject to deregistration and penalty fees.
