Registration system closes July 28 until August 13
Please be reminded that the credit studies registration system on myEC will be closed from 11:59pm on Friday, July 27th until 9:00am on Tuesday, August 14th. Registration and waitlisting during this time will be suspended but will resume again on August 14th.
VERY IMPORTANT
As of August 14th, the waitlist window will be reduced to one day. This means that if a space opens up and you are given permission to register in a class you waitlisted for, you will only have 24 hours to register. Failure to register will mean you are removed from the waitist and the space will be offered to the next person in line.
Looking for your summer semester grades?
Grades from Term 1 in the Summer 2018 semester will begin to be added to your student record on Friday, July 6th. You will be able to review them in myEC at that time.
Registration restrictions are removed on Monday!
This is just a reminder that registration restrictions will be removed and registration will begin at 7:00am PDT on Monday, June 25th. Registration in courses that have still have space available will be permitted regardless of your degree or your major. If you have been wanting to take a course outside of your major and you have the proper prerequisite, now's your chance! Keep in mind that students are still limited to 12 credits of studio classes each semester.
Check out availability on the weekend an set your alarm so you are ready for 7:00am on Monday!

StudentAidBC funding application is now available online
For those of you that are planning to apply for StudentAidBC funding for classes starting in September, we are happy to advise that the 18/19 online application is now available on the government's website at https://studentaidbc.ca/
You do not have to be registered before you apply for your loan funding so get an early start and apply now to be sure your funding is ready once classes begin.
If you have not met the residency requirements for BC funding and will be applying to another province, please check your home province's government website to see if the 18/19 application is available.

LOOKING FOR YOUR GRADES?
Spring semester grades will begin to appear in your record starting on Thursday, April 26th. Please be advised that not all grades will be available at once and it could take several days for all grades to appear in myEC. Please watch the Grading portion of your myEC profile and do not be alarmed if all grades are not there immediately.
