Have you checked your class schedule lately?
Now that classes have started, it's a really good time to check your course schedule on myEC and make sure you are registered or waitlisted in all of the courses you have been attending.
If you are no longer interested in a course that you registered or waitlisted for, drop yourself from the class so that your fellow students can take the space or move up on the waitlist.
Student Services and your fellow classmates will really appreciate the effort!
Waitlist Permission to Register Time Has Changed to 24 Hours
Just a reminder that if you are on a waitlist for a course and receive a permission to register email because a space has become available, you now must register within 24 hours of receiving the notification email.

Student Services Has Moved!!!
Student Services moved over the BC Day long weekend and is now open for business at the new campus!! Come and see us in our new location in the Student Commons. We are right inside the main entrance and look forward to serving you there!
Student Services Closure
Due to our move to the new campus, the Student Services office will be closed from August 3rd until August 8th inclusive. We will reopen at 8:30am on Wednesday, August 9th in the Student Commons on the second floor at the new campus. During this extended closure we will be unable to take phone calls or retrieve voicemail or email messages. We would ask that you please call us, email us or better yet visit us after August 9th where we look forward to serving you in our new home!
On-line Registration System Suspended until August 14th
Credit students are reminded that the on-line registration system will be suspended from Friday, July 28th until 9 AM Monday, August 14th. There will be no adding, dropping, or waitlist changes during this period.
The closure will not put your registration at any disadvantage as no students will have access to course changes during this period.
Make sure you are entered in the contest for a tuition voucher!
Deadline: July 24th
If you upload the photo for your new student ID card and register for your orientation by July 24th, you will be entered in a draw for a tuition voucher to help you pay for the Fall semester.

Wondering about Orientations and Student ID cards? Check your Emily Carr email!! On July 5th you were sent an email with important information about registering for mandatory orientations and uploading a photo for your student ID card. Do these things before the deadline and you'll be entered to win a tuition voucher to help you pay some tuition!!
