Just a reminder that today, Friday, March 8th is the last day to withdraw from classes without academic penalty.  Withdrawals done after today will result in an F grade on your transcript. 

Please be reminded that the deadline to withdraw from classes without academic penalty is Friday, March 8th.  Any withdrawal after March 8th will result in an F grade on your transcript.

Now is a good time to check your schedule and make sure you are attending all of the classes you are registered for.  Withdrawals cannot be done online.  Applications for withdrawal are available here:

Complete and submit your form to Student Services by 4:15pm on Friday, March 8th.

Just a reminder that today is the last day to apply for an ECU Bursary.  The deadline is 4:30pm Friday, February 15th.  Late applications will not be considered under any circumstances.

Please be advised that Student Services will close early at 3:15pm on Friday, February 15th for the President's Installation ceremony.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Financial Aid + Awards Office is now accepting applications for ECU Bursaries.

Just a reminder that tuition fees are due tomorrow by 4:30pm.  If you are paying online, please be sure you do so asap because it will take a few days for payments to be processed.

If you are paying in person, the Cashier is located at D2401 near the Counselling and Wellness Offices.

Students that pay late are subject to deregistration, restricted ID card, late fee penalties and holds on accounts so protect your registration, your building access and the money in your wallet by ensuring you pay on time! 

Don't forget to check your schedule for accuracy and drop any courses that you are no longer planning to take.

Just a reminder that tomorrow, Friday, January 11th will be the final day for you to add and drop classes.  Please be sure you take a moment to review your course schedule for accuracy.

You will want to make sure that you:

• are registered in what you are attending
• drop yourself from any classes and waitlists you no longer wish to take
• review your tuition fee information to ensure you are being charged for the correct classes

Forgetting to drop a class could result in you being charged tuition because you held a seat.  Be proactive and check your schedule!

Just a few reminders for students that are waitlisted for classes:

• Check your ECU email daily as you only have 24 hours to accept any space that has opened up after you are given permission to register.

• Make sure you attend any classes that you are waitlisted for.  If you do not attend, the instructor will advise us and you will be removed from the waitlist

• Do your fellow students a favour and drop yourself from the waitlist of any class you are no longer interested in.  This will help move the waitlists more quickly.

Please note that during add and drop week, academic advisors see students on a drop-in, first come first served basis only.  Drop in hours are 11:00 to 12:30 and 3:00 to 4:00.

Advisors will resume usual drop in hours and booking appointments on Monday, January 14th.
