Between You and the Thing Itself Exhibition
Robert Arndt (98), Raymond Boisjoly (06), Matthew Booth (06), Heidi Johansen (05) and Kyla Mallett (97) are among the artists particpating in the group exhibition, Between You and the Thing Itself, curated by Dan Starling (05) at the or Gallery opening June 28 through August 4. Dori Luthy-Harrison Elected to Culture Crawl Society
In March, Dori Luthy-Harrison ('05) was elected for a 2-year term as the President of the Board of the Eastside Culture Crawl Society. Among its activities, the Society organizes the annual Culture Crawl which provides studio visits and sales opportunities for dozens of artists and artisans each November.

Nancy Bleck Receives Vancouver "Woman of Distinction" Award
Nancy Bleck, alumnus and faculty member, received an Arts, Culture & Design award May 29th at the 24th Annual YWCA of Vancouver Women of Distinction Awards. The awards honour individuals whose outstanding activities and achievements contribute to the well-being and future of the community.
Nancy Bleck, artist, photographer and co-founder of the innovative and groundbreaking Uts'am/Witness project, has forged deep connections with the Squamish Nation and their traditional lands.
